Due to the rapid growth of the consultancy practice of Expertica in Russia we are looking for the new team-members. Consultants are required to become part of Strategy Consulting Group, consulting department of Expertica. In this practice you will work closely with clients to provide solutions to help their businesses succeed. Our strategy consultants help our clients in the following spheres:

• Corporate strategy development and business-planning
• New market entry strategy
• Raising operational efficiency
• Organizational development and organizational structure optimization

The successful candidates should have:

• 2+ years of professional work experience with leading Russian or multinational companies
• Professional experience in business analysis, strategy development or related field would be an advantage
• Strong communication experience should include superior presentation skills and interpersonal communication
• Ability to understand the big picture of a business situation and how to identify and resolve key issues
• Strong analytic and research skills
• Ability to work independently under own initiative or actively contribute as an effective team player. Readiness to work long hours
• Ability to accommodate extensive client travel
• BS degree required, MBA desirable
• Proficiency in both Russian and English
