Job Description

These roles will be to:

  • Work within Experticas's Strategy & Operations practice
  • Participate in projects such as:
    • Business process analysis and improvement
    • Organizational design
    • Enterprise cost reduction
    • Operational key performance indicators
    • Supply chain management
  • Contribute personal experience and ideas while working according to corporate methodologies of Expertica

The successful candidates should have:

  • University degree in economics, business administration
  • At least 5 years of practical experience in business processes analysis and optimization arena
  • Strong leadership skills, ability to manage a team of 2-3 people
  • Ability to plan projects tasks
  • 2-3 years of strong project management experience
  • Ability to analyze gaps in business processes from different points of views
  • Work experience in leading world-wide consulting firms a plus
  • Understanding of basic accounting principles of RAS and IAS/ GAAP
  • Ability to read financial statements and understand gaps in business processes
  • Result oriented approach
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Readiness to travel
  • Good analytical skills, structure thinking
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent English
