Job Description
These roles will be to:
- Work within Experticas's Strategy & Operations practice
- Participate in projects such as:
- Business process analysis and improvement
- Organizational design
- Enterprise cost reduction
- Operational key performance indicators
- Supply chain management
- Contribute personal experience and ideas while working according to corporate methodologies of Expertica
The successful candidates should have:
- University degree in economics, business administration
- At least 5 years of practical experience in business processes analysis and optimization arena
- Strong leadership skills, ability to manage a team of 2-3 people
- Ability to plan projects tasks
- 2-3 years of strong project management experience
- Ability to analyze gaps in business processes from different points of views
- Work experience in leading world-wide consulting firms a plus
- Understanding of basic accounting principles of RAS and IAS/ GAAP
- Ability to read financial statements and understand gaps in business processes
- Result oriented approach
- Ability to work in a team
- Readiness to travel
- Good analytical skills, structure thinking
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent English
