Job Description
The Team Assistant is likely to support a defined staff group.
The role will be to provide various administrative supports to Business unit, including:
- Work with correspondence flows and assistance in preparation of internal documents as required by specific internal procedures, including business issues
- Research, compile and summarize required materials and prepare various internal reports
- Assistance in preparation of conferences, internal trainings, travel arrangements etc.
- Manage staff scheduling for the unit, keep vacation records etc.
- Handle a wide range of information requests; etc.
The successful candidate will have:
- (Expected) University Degree
- Fluent English
- 0.5+ years of administrative experience
- High organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in multi-cultural environment
- Very good computer skills (Microsoft application & Internet user)
