Job Description

The Team Assistant is likely to support a defined staff group.

The role will be to provide various administrative supports to Business unit, including:

  • Work with correspondence flows and assistance in preparation of internal documents as required by specific internal procedures, including business issues
  • Research, compile and summarize required materials and prepare various internal reports
  • Assistance in preparation of conferences, internal trainings, travel arrangements etc.
  • Manage staff scheduling for the unit, keep vacation records etc.
  • Handle a wide range of information requests; etc.

The successful candidate will have:

  • (Expected) University Degree
  • Fluent English
  • 0.5+ years of administrative experience
  • High organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in multi-cultural environment
  • Very good computer skills (Microsoft application & Internet user)
